An Act to define and amend the law relating to partnership

 

WHEREAS it is expedient to define and amend the law relating to partnership ;

 

It is hereby enacted as follows :‑

REGISTRATION OF FIRMS

 

62. Noting of changes in name and addresses of partners----When any partner in a registered firm alters his name or permanent address, an intimation of the alteration may be sent by any partner or agent of the firm to the Registrar, who shall deal with it in the manner provided in section 61.
