Chairman’s Message It gives me great pleasure to present the Pakistan Law Journal (PLJ), a dedicated platform committed to the dissemination of authentic and comprehensive legal knowledge across Pakistan. PLJ is designed to serve the legal fraternity by providing accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized reporting of judgments from the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, Election Commission, and courts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Our aim is to ensure that members of the Bar have easy access to reliable legal material that supports research, advocacy, and the development of jurisprudence. PLJ operates on a no profit, no loss basis, solely for the facilitation and benefit of lawyers across Pakistan. Our mission is not commercial gain, but the promotion of legal awareness, accessibility, and professional support for the legal community.
